  DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION FOR A SMALL PROJECT. THEY ARE OVERPRICED, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
  
  I had a small project which involved 2 bathrooms, each moving a junction box about 2 feet. Waiting over a week to get an appointment/ quote, which cost $45.00. My wife took the day off to meet with them. The quote started at 2 hours at $165/hour for a total of $330 from the technician. Then, the technician called the office. It became 2 men each for 3 hours each and materials totaling $532.00. I believe they are trying to take advantage of a woman. She said no. NOTE: Never received a written quote because the technician was new and did not know how to use the program.
  
  Later in the day, I called the office because I thought there had to be a miscommunication. I thought the original $330 was a bit high, but I would have accepted. Two hours of work seemed high, but they are "professional". They were rigid about the time and effort that it would take based on their years of experience. This lead to a discussion with Corey, the owner. Corey was hostile, rude, and arrogant. He yelled at me to take it or leave it.
  
  I did the work myself. The first one took me 2.5 hours. Please understand, I have never cut drywall in my life or installed a junction box. The second took me 1 hour. I going to go out on a limb and say that an experienced electrician should be able to do it faster than my second time. Also, my time included installing and hanging the fixture - this was not in their scope of work. The only thing professional about this organization is their method to extract the maximum amount of money from the client. If you reject their quote YOU STILL PAY THE $45 FEE.
