  What do you call top notch service? I walked in the door, it chimed!! The reps looked up and back down! I stood in the middle of the store fore 5 minutes!! No one acknowledged me!!!! I didn't know whether to stay awkwardly or leave hastily!! My saner mind prevailed! Since I already sacrificed 9 miles and 15 minutes to get here!$!$ Humans are fallible, systems are controlled! Service industries survive off customer service! This place sucks!!!! Not to mention I was skipped!! Don't worry my frustration stops here! Better things to worry about !!! This was too much!! Get back to greeting your customers!!! And acknowledging there prescence!
