  Had to return a package to Amazon. Printed label and brought item to be returned. After waiting in line with 12 people ahead of me, I was told the package could not be sent because the box could not be accepted to mail. I said are you kidding me? This is the box it came in. She said well the ends have to be secure. I explained that's how it arrived and I didn't have any tape. She said we can buy some for 3.50. I explained I recently became unemployed and couldn't afford tape and could we use some of the priority tape they were double taping packages with as a one time courtesy and she said no. Now I have to wait to return this until I can afford tape. I was humiliated. The older woman has HORRIBLE customer service!!
