    ...wish it was possible to give them negative stars.

    this company is very corrupt and untrustworthy. as a temp, i was placed at the company as a customer service rep. the company gave me little to no training for the position, and provided little support once i began answering phone calls from customers.
    before the initial assignment concluded, i was pulled from that one, and abruptly placed on another one. the company's idea of training for this new customer service position was to have me sit with a tenured rep for a week, while they stayed on production, thus leaving them little to no time to show and explain the fundamentals of the programs and systems i would be forced to navigate through the following week.
    when i informed the supervisor that i felt that sitting with someone for a week and watching them work, was not adequate enough training for me to feel comfortable being on production the following week, they terminated my contract.
    their actions let me know that this company is willing to lie to their customers about the company's location and let their customers get unsatisfactory service by not training their temps who deal with their customers health care insurance claims.
    continental benefits in brandon, fl is extremely shady and cares very little about their customers, employees and temps, so work here at your own risk.
