  Bloombox has very poor customer service. Was sold a defective item i asked to exchange it for a item that was a mere 5$ more since i had to deal with the hassle of returning and there response is it was not defective that i didn't read directions and that they wouldn't comp me the extra 5$. I explained that i did read directions and said item just doesn't operate as it should. Didn't matter to them i asked them to then show me it supposed to work since obviously i was to "stupid" to understand directions in which the excuse began as to why they couldn't show me the item wasnt defective. Good luck shopping there. F
