  I stood in line for over an hour to purchase a couple items. I needed to return 1 item. You can only return to the store you purchased from. When I went back to Brandon FL store they said I had to wait in line again, over 25 people in line. I asked if I can just go to register and wait in line for next associate. She said NO wait in line like rest of the people. The only people that can bypass line is buying gift cards. Associates are very rude. Won’t be shopping there anymore!
